Here are the best cheap hotels in Oregon!

1. Clarion Hotel Portland Airport
The rooms are being redone and are beautiful. The view of the river is gorgeous and the service at the hotel is super! They are wonderful! Propose a restaurant I can order gluten-free dinner from and deliver Uber.
Gave me the toiletries I forgot at home. Breakfast is one of the best I have seen in a hotel even though I don’t eat much breakfast. They even had bacon which I couldn’t say no to. And the potatoes were fantastic. I will definitely stay there again when I arrive in Portland on a doctor's appointment.
2. Quality Inn Sunridge Inn & Conference Center
We stopped early for the night due to the I84 closure and were happy to find a convenient pet-friendly hostel. We called en route to Baker City when we saw the sign of closure in front of me 84.
And it really was pet-friendly; lots of good dog walking areas. The best thing = the desk clerk Sean got us the first-floor room so we could walk the dogs out the patio door. I had a fun bar with really good food. Breakfast was standard but better than some.
3. Mark Spencer Hotel
This was our first trip to Portland and we were very pleased with the location. We were a block away from Powell's Books and in very close proximity to many good restaurants, bars, and breweries.
We did not rent a car and were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit in Portland. Other places were a short Lyft ride away.
The hotel itself is not very large (only 6 floors), but it is well run. We had a pleasant check-in and check-out process and no issues with any of the amenities. There is continental breakfast and a happy hour offered each day.
The corner suite was very comfortable with a nice kitchenette and sofa. It is an older building and that is reflected in some of the room layouts. Our bathroom did not have a tub and there was very little counter space.
But other than that, the room was modernized with new furniture and decor. The bedding was nice as well. We were very happy with the value of the room given the location.
4. Inn at Cannon Beach
The facilities are fantastic, cozy and quaint! You can't go wrong here. Be sure if you plan to have dinner in town to call a few days in advance to reserve a table as it is almost impossible to find a dinner spot in Cannon Beach between 6-8.
5. Ashley Inn and Suites
Everything is great except the pillows are really terrible. And they continued to fall between the mattress and the wall. The people who work there are great at their job. The room is very nice and comfortable. Need a bath though.
6. Inn at Nye Beach
The Inn at Nye Beach is just lovely. Everything is perfect. From clean rooms, fireplaces, balconies overlooking the sea to amenities in the sky, and I mean in the sky, they even bake fresh biscuits for you every day.
The Infinity Pool is second to none and the fire pit is amazing. We like it here. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive and the location is an absolutely lovely part of town. The private beach access is really wonderful and of course, the views are just amazing.
I also think the walls are well insulated because the inn was quite full during our stay and it was still quiet and quiet. The staff is great with children, they play small rubber ducks for children in the infinity pool, which is lit up by colorful LEDs.
This place is just all-around special. After having stayed here I would not want to stay anyplace else when visiting New Port.
7. Westshore Oceanfront Motel
We booked WestShore OceanFront Suites for one night. If you walk into the room and see the panoramic window, it will bring a smile on our faces. In general, we were happy with the room; spacious and with a well-equipped kitchen. But it could need some decorative repairs. Good Mexican restaurant, La Roca, nearby.
8. The Ocean Lodge
The stormy weather carried incredible waves and the Lodge was located right on the beach. Nothing like their rooms with the fireplace burning, a glass of wine, comfy rooms and, great views. We would recommend The Ocean Lodge to everyone.
9. The Coho Oceanfront Lodge
I had a wonderful time thank you! We don't take advantage of a couple of massages but plan for the next visit. The room was great and the fire pit area below us was open all night, very fun! I would not hesitate to go again and recommend to friends!
10. Radisson Hotel Portland Airport
The people there were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very well put together, and comfortable. I had no issues with the room. We had easy access to the airport to and from the airport. It was a quick escape, and I would definitely stay there again.
